Talk to the teamCan I attend therapy online?
Yes. Choose online for a 60-minute session at ₦20,000, or meet in person in Abuja for ₦25,000. Your chosen format carries through to booking.
How long is a podcast studio booking?
Online booking reserves a two-hour studio session for ₦30,000 (₦15,000 per hour). For a longer recording, specific equipment or editing requirements, contact us before booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
Choose a service, sign in and select an available date and time. Your session is confirmed after payment is verified. You can check its status in My Bookings.
Can I choose a therapist?
Available therapist profiles appear during booking when you are signed in. You can select a profile or leave the preference open for the team to arrange.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Visit My Bookings to review your session and available cancellation options. Contact our team to discuss a change of time or format before making another booking.
Where do in-person sessions take place?
Visit Kentaz Emporium at Suite 35, 911 Mall, Usuma Street, Abuja. All appointment times shown in the booking flow are Abuja time (WAT).
